I kept the kernel that was recommended and did not upgrade to the newer one and even when I did via wired connection it did not resolve the issue. I tried multiple forum replies I had seen about this without any luck, the driver was installed, I tried disabled and enabling the WiFi with Fn + WiFi key and couldn't downgrade anything as it said something about being a stable edition and not allowing a downgrade. The issue is that it worked fine when I installed Manjaro XFCE 17.0.1, I did the normal updates and rebooted multiple times, installed some Steam games and played them without issue and then it just wouldn't find any connections again and said the device was not ready. I am using an HP G3 250 Laptop which has a Ralink RT3290 WiFi/Bluetooth adapter built-in and from what I have read, Arch has issues with this card, is that true?
